RL20 Hydrocoat is a two-part water based epoxy sealer for concrete, masonry, fibrocement and other cementitious surfaces.

• Waterproofs wet or damp concrete slabs prior to the installation of timber, carpet and vinyl floorcoverings.

• Seals concrete blockwork to prevent water ingress in "below ground" situations.

• Excellent resistance to chemicals, oils, solvents etc.
